The Plague Doctors (the Baleful Inquisition, Fist of the Righteous) are an order of zealous biocidal humanoids, cyborgs, androids and skarak created to purge those they consider "sick". The order was founded some four hundred years ago, during the Ginnancci Ome dynasty on Rylon, though they insist the order has been around since before the Fog's arrival, dating back well beyond current civilization, even to pre-historic times (c. 4000~ years ago). The actions of this group are frowned upon by a great deal of the Maenus Union of Republics, as they generally entail large-scale multicide, terrorist activities and ultra-religious persecution.
